The platform
What Microlaunch is
Microlaunch calls itself the launch platform for world-class startups, for tech makers. Each launch runs as a 30-day campaign, and products climb weekly and monthly leaderboards by upvotes. Around the launches it runs a deals marketplace, reviews, roasts and hackathons.
Its own traffic figures disagree with each other: the homepage showed 2,713 daily visitors for November 2026, a stats card says more than 30,000 unique visitors a month, and its FAQ says more than 150,000.
You need an account, and launches are managed from its dashboard. The Pro plan lets you pick your launch date or go live at once, and products can relaunch for major feature releases.

The reasons
Why founders look for a Microlaunch alternative
- The campaign ends after 30 days, and the leaderboard moves on to the next month.
- We found no free launch on its pricing page, so the way in is a paid plan.
- The useful parts are spread across a ladder of plans, each with a list price and a discount code.
- A monthly board still rewards whoever gathers the most upvotes that month.
- Its traffic figures disagree with each other, which makes the audience hard to judge before paying.

The honest answer
Which one to choose
Choose Microlaunch if
- You want a launch that runs for a month rather than a day.
- You want the extras: boosts, SEO pages, deals and posts on its channels.
- You want to pick your launch date, and $39 to $49 is your budget.
- Tech makers are the audience you want.
Choose outclimbed if
- You want a place with no end date, not a 30-day campaign.
- You want one price that buys rank, published for every position.
- You want to start free for a month and pay only to stay.
- You want rank that keeps moving with the people your share link sends.
Or use both. A Microlaunch campaign is a month of attention; an outclimbed listing is what is left when the month is over. Run the campaign, and keep the product on the wall here so it still has a place after the leaderboard resets.

The other shape
How a place on outclimbed works
List a website or an X profile: free for a month, or from $10 to stay for good.
A paid entry starts with 10 points, and every dollar above the minimum is one more. Bought points never expire, and the price of every rank is public.
Every listing gets a share link. Each new person it brings to the wall is worth a point for 30 days, so rank can be earned as well as bought.
Keeping the outclimbed badge on your site adds 30 points for as long as it stays.
The rules have every number, pricing shows what each rank costs today, and the FAQ answers the rest.
